This blog is an effort to document many of the common dishes part of Kerala’s rich cuisine.

‘Nadan’ in Malayalam means, local or desi. So expect to see recipes which are cooked very much the way they are done in Kerala. Though a small state in comparison to the other Indian states, cooking styles and language styles vary across the length of the state. The recipes in this blog will be mostly in Central Kerala style.

Your feedback is most welcome. In case you would like to have any recipe not included here, please drop a line and I’ll try my best to get that included.
